Rachel runs on your accounts, which is the whole point of the design. That means two of your bills do not come from us.

Your AI provider.

You bring your own key: Anthropic, OpenAI or Moonshot, on your own account. Tokens are billed to your account by them, at their rates. You can see the cost of every single reply inside the portal, and you can set a daily cap that stops bulk work and escalates live conversations rather than going silent.

Your telephony.

Numbers, texts, and calls are billed to your own Twilio account. We do not mark them up, because we never touch them.

Your mailbox and calendar.

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cal.com are your existing subscriptions. We connect to them, we do not resell them.

We would rather charge one clear number than hide provider usage inside a per-message price that has to guess high.

There is no trial where an AI talks to your customers unsupervised, and that is on purpose.

Setup finishes armed but paused. Before she ever reaches a real prospect you can talk to her yourself in the Test conversation, replay your evals, and send yourself a demo link so a colleague can try to talk her into a discount. If she is not ready, the fix is a knowledge base edit, not a refund. If it is still not right for you, cancel and your workspace is suspended with your data intact and exportable.
